About the role

Backend Developer role focused on Go with emphasis on building scalable services for a LATAM-focused stock trading platform. Full-time, remote-friendly, equity included.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new functionalities with high-level code
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams
  • Review pull requests
  • Deploy final releases to production
  • Participate in decisions on scalability, performance, and security
  • Propose engineering process and tooling improvements
  • Propose technological solutions to improve the platform

Qualifications

  • +3 years of software engineering experience
  • Experience with Golang (Obligatorio)
  • Experience writing UT/integrity tests
  • Strong software development practices
  • Ability to communicate technical issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Commitment and leadership
  • Comfort in fast-paced environments
  • Spanish and technical English proficiency
