About the role

Internship role focused on scaling relationships with creators, communities, and brands to support storytelling and growth at Hapi, a LatAm stock/crypto trading app.

Responsibilities

  • Talk and negotiate with content creators and influencers across platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Spotify, Twitch, etc.)
  • Close deals with podcasts and manage invites to events or collaborations with creators
  • Co-create storytelling and content with influencers to amplify Hapi’s voice
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing scripts, contracts, and commercial agreements
  • Analyze campaign results: performance, reach, engagement, and learnings
  • Keep influencer & partnerships data organized and up-to-date
  • Propose new ideas and formats for organic growth campaigns and influencer marketing

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate or near graduation in Communication, Marketing, Business, Advertising or related fields
  • Experience coordinating people, projects, or relationships (internships, volunteering, or entrepreneurship OK)
  • Organized, disciplined, data-driven, growth mindset, startup pace
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy for negotiating and building lasting relationships
  • Passion for influencers, podcasts, and purpose-driven content
  • Curious, diligent, and keen to learn by doing
