About the role

Founding Engineer / Full Stack role at Spur, a YC-backed startup building AI QA testing tools. You will own the full development lifecycle, architect solutions across the stack, ship features, and potentially take on founder-track responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Building across the full stack and helping shape product direction.
  • Launching new features, speaking directly with customers to gather feedback, iterating quickly.
  • Working with design team to iterate on features.
  • Owning parts of the product end-to-end.
  • Active role in planning the roadmap every 4 months.

Qualifications

  • Very strong technical experience with TypeScript / Next.js front-end frameworks.
  • Customer-focused mindset; ability to learn new frameworks and communicate knowledge to the team.
