About Lapel

Scale personalized service to every customer.

Lapel is building a customer operations platform that brings hospitality to the internet: tools to power every touchpoint across sales, success, and support. Today, most teams manage relationships through dashboards, funnels, and canned replies—great for metrics, terrible for humans. We believe online customer relationships should feel personal, not transactional. Learn more at lapel.com
