About the role

Senior full-stack software engineer role at OneSchema, focusing on 0→1 AI agent initiatives, building intuitive UI, scalable infrastructure, and end-to-end ownership in a fast-paced startup environment. In-person HQ role based in San Francisco with meaningful equity.

Responsibilities

  • Go 0 to 1 on the newest AI agent, partnering with Product and GTM to unlock automation opportunities in large enterprise customers
  • Build delightful user interfaces in collaboration with design to make AI intuitive for non-technical end users
  • Design, architect, and implement scalable infrastructure to meet dynamic enterprise dataset needs
  • Take ownership over end-to-end execution of projects to deliver high-quality AI applications
  • Work directly with co-founders to understand customer needs and influence product decisions for better user experience

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant full-stack software engineering experience
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving environment; able to wear multiple hats
  • Self-driven, fast learner, and able to own open-ended projects end-to-end
