Responsibilities
- Designing and building scalable production-ready systems
- Move fast and build systems that may be scrappy
- Work with large amounts of data and design scalable backend systems for high throughput
- Launching and iterating on apps or large software projects
- Recruiting experience (sourcing, interviewing, offering, etc)
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience designing and building scalable production ready systems
- Experience building backend systems for high throughput
- Track record of launching and iterating on apps or large software projects
- Recruiting experience (sourcing, interviewing, offering, etc)
