About the role

Builds and ships features, collaborates with design, owns product roadmap, and interacts with customers to improve Sphere's cross-border tax compliance platform.

Responsibilities

  • Work / listen to customers to identify pain points and prioritize features.
  • Collaborate extensively with design to bring features to life.
  • Execute and ship features end-to-end on a daily basis.
  • Do customer support to understand customer needs and thoughts.
  • Own the feature / product roadmap in conjunction with the CEO / Founder.
  • Build / implement customer feedback / analysis processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with React.
  • Strong experience with Figma.
  • Customer obsession and strong communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organization skills.
