About the role

A high-impact problem solver working directly with the CEO and leadership team on strategic, operational, and special projects to help scale HeyCharge globally.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the CEO and leadership team on strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects
  • Support fundraising, investor relations, and business development, including research, materials, and meeting preparation
  • Drive internal alignment by coordinating priorities, OKRs, and key company processes
  • Support operations, product, and finance with data-driven analysis and process improvements
  • Create presentations, reports, and dashboards that translate complex ideas into clear narratives
  • Jump into urgent problems or opportunities — wherever leverage is highest.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to go from spreadsheet to slide deck without losing the thread
  • Background in business, engineering, finance, or a related field (consulting, VC, or startup experience a plus)
  • Comfortable working across functions — strategy, product, ops, finance, and tech
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and resourceful — get things done even when the path isn’t obvious
  • Tech-savvy and data-curious; experience with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, HubSpot, and automation platforms is a plus
  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and loves wearing multiple hats.
