About the role

Capy is hiring the first design hire to own product UX, brand expression, and interface with engineers, users, and leadership to translate complex AI infrastructure into approachable, powerful experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Own product UX and brand expression for Capy.
  • Collaborate hands-on with engineers, users, and leadership to translate AI infrastructure into user-friendly experiences.
  • Prototype and iterate on design concepts, contributing to fast-paced product development.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year full-time design/engineering experience
  • Proficiency with Figma and design systems
  • Ability to prototype in code (React/Next.js or similar)
  • Strong product sense and track record of driving outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High ownership
  • Love shipping quickly and thriving in a fast-paced environment
