About the role

Senior Full Stack Engineer at Runa responsible for building backend and frontend systems, platform services, client libraries, and developer tooling within multidisciplinary squads.

Responsibilities

  • Build both back-end and front-end systems, as well as platform services, client libraries and developer tooling.
  • Work closely with designers, delivery managers, stakeholders, and data analysts.
  • Own development and rollout of products or large projects.
  • Maintain standards, reduce complexity, and improve developer experience.
  • Mentor other engineers and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of programming experience.
  • Programmed in Node.js (TypeScript), C# (.Net Core), Ruby (RoR) for the backend.
  • Programmed in JavaScript (React) for the frontend.
  • Experience in designing, programming, and implementing large information systems.
  • Leadership experience of 3+ years.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication skills.
