About the role

Founding Creator to join Bloom’s growth team and drive brand and virality. Shape culture and help build a creator-driven product and growth engine for Bloom’s software ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Drive brand and virality for Bloom; shape culture and production pipelines
  • Develop and execute creative campaigns across formats (film, editing, hooks, campaigns, storytelling, growth hacks)
  • Leverage AI daily and stay plugged into AI + culture to inform content strategy
  • Move from idea to publish in hours; rapid iteration on what works; data-driven decision making
  • Build and scale a viral engine and creator community around Bloom to drive signups and engagement

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated creative experience in launches, promos, motion graphics or similar
  • Hands-on community building (30k+ followers across platforms) is a plus
  • Experience with startups or building/monetizing a personal brand is a plus
  • Proven track record of growth loops behind viral content, UGC, and affiliate/creator programs
  • Portfolio or examples showing prior Bloom-related work (or willingness to create for Bloom)
