About the role

Internship at Bloom, YC-backed startup in Zurich, building AI-powered mobile app creation tooling. Role focuses on full-stack engineering with emphasis on AI systems, backend infrastructure, and developer tools.

Responsibilities

  • Build and improve AI systems that can design, code, and ship complete mobile apps.
  • Develop and scale backend infrastructure that powers thousands of app builds every week.
  • Create beautiful, intuitive tools that make complex software creation feel effortless.
  • Build internal systems, dashboards, and agents that help us move faster as a team.
  • Explore new approaches to app deployment, testing, and instant sharing.

Qualifications

  • You’re fluent in TypeScript and comfortable across the stack.
  • Core traits: love to build, high agency and curiosity, care about user experience for first-time app builders.
  • Bonus Points: Experience with React Native / Expo / Swift / Kotlin / Convex / AI SDK / Model fine-tuning / Evals
  • Ability to ship code and work across AI, code generation, and mobile creation domains.
