Senior software engineer role at Theorem, a YC-backed AI and programming languages research lab. Focused on building correct, understandable, and secure software with strong emphasis on program analysis, formal reasoning, and scalable correctness feedback. Compensation $300K-$500K with generous equity. Location: San Francisco, CA. Full-time, visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Participate in building products to improve software correctness, understandability, and security.
- Develop interfaces and tooling for navigating complex implementations using compiler-level reasoning methods.
- Contribute to post-training efforts for model-based program analysis and formal reasoning.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in software engineering (senior level)
