About the role

MBA Growth Intern at Instawork, a flexible work app connecting businesses with hourly workers. The role focuses on operational initiatives to support and enhance growth processes, with part-time options during the academic year and full-time in the summer.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the success of our pro supply by ensuring reliability and high-quality work products.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Product teams to create programs, such as referrals, to build a robust pipeline of qualified Pros.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational growth initiatives and contribute to process improvement and efficiency.
  • Gather and analyze data to evaluate the success of operational initiatives and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program.
  • Passionate about engaging with and delighting customers.
  • Able to thrive in ambiguity and act as a self-starter.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong passion for problem-solving.
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced environment, comfortable making decisions in ambiguity, and possessing a strong bias for action.
  • Familiar with common metrics used in the internet industry and business growth metrics such as retention and churn.
