About the role

Customer Success Manager role at Keeper/Double focusing on onboarding, adoption, and expansion for bookkeepers using Keeper’s all-in-one tool.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding Prospective Customers: conduct onboarding calls, train users, complete technical implementation steps, and help customers realize value quickly; coordinate with Account Executives to identify red flags; maintain 80-85% conversion from Free Trial to subscribed customer
  • Expansion of Existing Accounts: proactively reach out to pipeline accounts to ensure goals are met; identify barriers to success; facilitate check-ins, training calls, and Q&A via Zoom; create/maintain customer education materials; drive expansion revenue (increase MRR)
  • Internal Team Processes: document customer feedback and feature requests for product roadmap; create templates for customer engagement; help optimize internal processes; take on additional projects

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role at an early stage SaaS startup
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written and verbal communication
  • Knack for process improvement, documentation, and operational efficiencies
  • Familiarity with Slack, Notion, Hubspot and/or Salesforce
  • Accounting/finance experience is preferred; interest in learning the space is required
