About the role

Product Manager role at BusinessOnBot focusing on building and launching features for automated WhatsApp-based sales & user acquisition for D2C brands in India.

Responsibilities

  • Provide product requirements to the engineering team in terms of features and user stories. Focus on requirements from a why and what perspective, allowing design and engineering teams the flexibility to decide on how to implement
  • Interact with customers and stakeholders to show empathy and communicate effectively
  • Build consensus across stakeholders – Customer/Customer Success, GTM, development clearly articulating the product decisions and choices
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding for both internal & external stakeholders
  • Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
  • Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent and curious personality, target-driven, eager to learn
  • Self-starter with a deep interest in understanding systems and delivering quality products
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a complex and fast-paced environment
  • Analytical and data-driven, capable of digging into data to define and measure success
  • Familiarity with Product Management and Software Engineering tools like Jira
