Full-Stack Software Engineer 2 at Finni Health, a hybrid/remote-friendly early-stage startup focused on building foundations of healthcare products for autism care providers.

Responsibilities

  • Own products from end-to-end by designing initial feature specs, building backend APIs, writing frontend code, and overseeing ongoing improvements for launched products.
  • As a founding member, make foundational decisions, work closely with cofounders, investors, and customers, and help shape product and culture.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in software development
  • Product-minded engineer with experience in backend framework (like Node) and full-stack fundamentals (HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
  • Ability to balance speed and long-term robustness in a startup environment
  • Willingness to own problems, take a stand, and work with minimal direction.
