About the role
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, helping clients develop life, communication, and social skills.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect and record accurate session data
- Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals
- Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education
Qualifications
- Current RBT Certification (not required)
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
- Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)
- Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)
- A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)
