About the role

Encord is seeking an experienced Technical Customer Success Manager to work with their largest and most complex customers, embedding Encord into AI applications and driving revenue retention. The role collaborates with Sales, Growth, and Engineering, reporting to the co-founders.

Responsibilities

  • Work with largest/most complex customers to embed Encord into AI applications
  • Collaborate with Sales, Growth, and Engineering teams
  • Aim to achieve and exceed Gross and Net Revenue Retention targets
  • Lead and conduct customer meetings across executive and technical stakeholders
  • Identify and develop new use cases and opportunities within accounts
  • Strengthen existing customer relationships and maintain multi-threaded engagement at different levels
  • Prioritize customer success activities and manage time effectively
  • Contribute to internal collaboration between technical and commercial teams

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of customer facing experience, especially with Enterprise customers
  • Exceptional communication across multiple channels (e.g., CTOs, founders, ML engineers)
  • Structured, organized, and able to prioritize time
  • Track record of successful internal collaboration with technical and commercial teams
  • Highly consultative with discovery questioning and uncovering new use cases
  • Experience strengthening customer relationships and developing new ones; multi-threaded engagement
  • Ambitious with readiness to roll up sleeves and adapt to required tasks
  • Ability to understand technical intricacies while focusing on outcomes
