Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end: take product ideas from initial concept through UX design, frontend implementation, backend architecture, and deployment.
- Build intuitive AI interfaces: create dashboards, configuration tools, and analytics views accessible to non-technical users.
- Design seamless workflows: build user experiences that guide customers through agent creation, testing, deployment, and optimization.
- Integrate across systems: connect frontend experiences with voice AI backend, telephony infrastructure, and customer data systems.
- Focus on customer impact: work directly with Deployment Engineers and customers to understand pain points and translate them into product solutions.
- Ship fast and iterate: launch features quickly, gather real customer feedback, and improve based on usage patterns.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years building modern web applications with both frontend and backend components.
- Ability to think beyond specs—understand user needs, question requirements, suggest solutions.
- Good design and user experience sensibility.
