About the role

Roles aimed at developing advanced AI architectures, machine learning models, and improving cloud platform scalability and AI capabilities for Poly, an intelligent personal cloud storage platform.

Responsibilities

  • Bring Poly’s platform to life as a robust, scalable cloud infrastructure.
  • Shape the AI architecture to enhance search and file management functionalities.
  • Develop and optimize ML models, including training, inference, and integration into product.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to incorporate AI advancements into product features.
  • Automate development processes and contribute to community-driven enhancements.

Qualifications

  • High baseline knowledge of core statistical modeling principles.
  • Experience with modeling/inference tools such as PyTorch and CUDA.
  • Familiarity with modern LLM-based development fundamentals including prompting, function calling, and agent workflows.
  • Knowledge of Python; enthusiasm for Rust is highly encouraged.
