About the role

Visual design role at AlgoUniversity focused on creating and maintaining brand identity across digital and print media, collaborating with marketing and creative teams, and contributing as a founding member of the Creative Team.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Identity – Working on creating sub-brand identities for our products under the unifying umbrella company.
  • Brand Consistency – Maintain and uphold brand guidelines, ensuring that all designs align with the company's brand identity.
  • Collaboration - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content writers, and developers, to translate ideas into compelling visual content.
  • Creative Input - Provide creative input and innovative design solutions that enhance the impact and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and materials.
  • Project Management - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and ensure high-quality, error-free deliverables.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of work experience as a Graphic Designer.
  • Ability to think in abstracts, and ideate on things with no-constraints
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual communication.
  • Willingness to change the norm, when required
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
