About the role

Managing and optimizing operational processes within a cloud warehousing and logistics startup in MENA, focusing on process improvement, automation, data analysis, and client communications.

Responsibilities

  • Implement processes in a rapidly growing and changing environment
  • Conduct process reviews to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Identify areas of opportunity to automate and scale current processes
  • Build, own, and scale labor planning process, providing accurate labor targets and forecasts in partnership with Talent Acquisition
  • Translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Automate reporting for business metrics tracking
  • Consolidate data and build custom reports
  • Own the process of uploading client data and ensure data accuracy and timeliness
  • Create and/or revise SOPs
  • Understand drivers and influences on business dynamics and productivity
  • Communicate with clients and operations team regarding orders, inventory, reports, and account requests
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and review/approve invoices
  • Monitor warehouse activity for owned accounts
  • Manage data tracking tools for analysis and trend identification

Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience in an operations role
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail in work
  • Multi-tasking skills to manage multiple projects
  • Capable of working under pressure with deadlines
  • Flexibility concerning hours & shifts
  • Willing to reside in Saudi Arabia / UAE
