About the role
ROE is a hypergrowth startup in the SF Bay Area building Cursor for Financial Compliance. The company is backed by YC and others. This role is to build an AI agent platform for risk and compliance and ship mission-critical features for Fortune 500 customers.
Responsibilities
- Build AI agent platform to serve risk and compliance in trillion dollar financial industry (don't worry if you don't know anything about finance)
- Build mission critical features for Fortune 500 customers
- Operate as one team: own problems end-to-end, review each other’s code, and move quickly.
Qualifications
- 1-4 years of full-stack software development experience.
- If you have less than 2 years of experience, GPA >= 3.7
- Communicative
- You’re comfortable with: Python, Cursor, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and agent frameworks.
