About the role

ROE is hiring a Founding Staff Software Engineer to build an AI agent platform for risk and compliance in the financial industry, working closely with founders and Fortune 500 customers.

Responsibilities

  • Build AI agent platform to serve risk and compliance in trillion-dollar financial industry
  • Build mission critical features for Fortune 500 customers
  • Operate as one team: own problems end-to-end, review each other’s code, and move quickly.

Qualifications

  • At least 5+ year software engineer work experience
  • 3+ year infrastructure on cloud expertise
  • Big plus on hands-on experience on Kubernetes
  • Have led 5-people + projects
  • Tracked history of getting along well with PMs and Designers
  • Communicative to internal stakeholders and external customers
