About the role

Sphere is an AI-powered cross-border tax compliance platform helping companies automate sales tax, VAT, and GST obligations. The role involves working directly with the CEO on operations, automation, and compliance research.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with automating registration and filing operations of clients at Sphere
  • Setup revops / sales ops processes to enhance BD operations
  • Conduct research into international jurisdictions on cross border compliance rules
  • Own key operational processes across the business
  • Assist CEO on KPI tracking and reporting
  • Identify areas of automation across the business
