About the role

GTM Strategy & Analytics Manager is a full-time role in the Operations team at Instawork, focused on strategic planning, analytics, and health reporting to scale the company’s go-to-market engine.

Responsibilities

  • Define and track essential KPIs and metrics for the go-to-market (GTM) team
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to address key business questions and uncover growth opportunities
  • Use analytics techniques to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth and improvement
  • Partner closely with GTM stakeholders groups to execute strategic initiatives
  • Uncover insights and propose recommendations that range from strategic to tactical, ultimately influencing Instawork's execution and growth strategies

Qualifications

  • 6+ years experience in business operations, revenue operations, GTM strategy & analytics, management consulting, investment banking, and/or technology
  • Strong data and analytics skills, including fluency in Excel / Google Sheets, SQL, and BI / data visualization tools
  • Strong cross-functional and executive communication skills, including a proven ability to influence without authority and build strong working relationships with business partners
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter in a fast-moving environment
  • Strategic thinker who can set key business goals and milestones and drive execution
