About the role

Product Designer responsible for shaping both visual and structural design of AI-driven software products, with end-to-end design leadership from UX research to testing in enterprise and governmental contexts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design efforts, including UX research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and testing.
  • Experiment with new AI design tools like Lovable, v0, and more to define how Product Design’s function on product teams is changing.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into elegant, intuitive solutions.
  • Design sophisticated software experiences tailored for enterprise and governmental environments, prioritizing usability, scalability, and aesthetics.
  • Help establish and evolve the design system and guidelines to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across all products.
  • Advocate for the user, continuously seeking insights and data to iterate and refine our product experiences.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional experience in software product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating elegant solutions for complex enterprise software.
  • Proven experience designing visually appealing, workflow-oriented products that significantly improve user productivity.
  • Exceptional skills in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Rive, Framer).
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience working collaboratively in fast-paced, agile, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
  • Prior experience in AI-driven or data-intensive software solutions is a significant plus.
