Role within the Founders' Office's Business Operations & Strategy team focused on high-leverage, cross-functional problem solving to accelerate enterprise go-to-market, pricing, OKRs, and internal platforms. Hybrid/generalist scope with potential for focused specialization based on experience and company needs.

Responsibilities

  • Accelerate and streamline enterprise go-to-market motions
  • Revamp enterprise pricing strategy
  • Set company-wide OKRs
  • Build internal platforms and tooling
  • Own projects end-to-end from problem identification to scalable solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in consulting / investment banking / investing / high-velocity startups
  • Killer operator with high ownership in fast-paced environments
  • Comfort owning end-to-end projects from problem identification to scalable implementation
  • First-principles thinker who analyzes problems and uses data to inform decisions
  • Excellent communicator capable of partnering with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
  • Passion for building from the ground up with action-orientation and intensity
