About the role

Growth Engineering role focused on onboarding, paywalls and pricing, credits and billing, lifecycle messaging, and attribution/experimentation systems to drive user growth and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Own user growth or revenue projects end-to-end: from identifying opportunities through shipping and measuring results.
  • Partner closely with product, marketing, and design to translate their goals into a prioritized plan, ship fast, and measure impact with data.
  • Build and iterate across the full stack: frontend, backend, and data analysis.
  • Design and run experiments, working with product and data science on instrumentation, measurement, and result interpretation.
  • Create scalable and performant infrastructure that support growth campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
  • Experience shipping full-stack web features to production.
  • History of owning outcomes rather than tickets: projects where you chose what to build, shipped it, and can say what happened to the metric afterward.
  • Comfort with data: asking critical questions about data, running queries on it, isolating signal from noise, and reading out results.
  • A bias toward shipping fast without sacrificing code quality or user experience, and the judgment to decide when to optimize for what.
  • Genuine interest in music, and in the people making it with Suno.
