About the role

Director, Enterprise Sales to join Decagon’s founding sales leadership team, responsible for scaling sales operations, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the team’s success in an in-person San Francisco office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead sales teams with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Train, hire, and develop top enterprise AEs while fostering a high-performance culture
  • Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and overall pipeline management with accurate performance tracking
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to drive Decagon’s expansion
  • Drive the sales process from plan to close on large deals (ideal)
  • Develop and execute new programs cross-functionally to carry out the company vision
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement MEDDPICC/value selling methodologies (or similar) across enterprise sales processes

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience managing and leading sales teams in a B2B or SaaS environment with a track record of exceeding target
  • Trained in MEDDPICC sales methodology or similar value selling framework
  • Experience hiring, training, and developing enterprise AEs
  • Experience managing forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management
  • Experience identifying new market opportunities and driving expansion
