About the role

Clinical Workflow Informaticist bridging clinical users and Lunar platform to optimize workflows, provide training, support, and gather feedback for usability improvements in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and ongoing support for new clinical users, ensuring they can effectively navigate and utilize Lunar.
  • Develop support workflows and documentation to improve response times and provide scalable solutions for common clinical user challenges.
  • Gather feedback from frontline healthcare professionals to identify pain points and collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive usability improvements.
  • Assist in the implementation of new clinical features by providing real-world insights, testing workflows, and ensuring seamless rollout to users.
  • Leverage clinical experience to create solutions that support clinicians in providing better patient care while easing the documentation burden.

Qualifications

  • Clinicial Background: NP, APRN, RN or CRNA with nursing experience, preferably in internal medicine or a hospital setting.
  • Strong hospital experience with a focus on internal medicine.
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, with 2-3 years total experience in clinical settings.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to describe clinical workflows, train users, and collaborate across teams.
  • End-user support experience in clinical technology, troubleshooting issues, and guiding best practices in a healthcare environment.
  • Attention to detail in configuring clinical templates and order sets requiring accuracy and compliance.
