About the role
Lead efforts in natural product-derived bioactive compounds discovery, mentor scientific team, and collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate drug discovery at Enveda.
Responsibilities
- Lead our efforts in the discovery of natural product-derived bioactive compounds.
- Mentor and manage a team of scientists in establishing and validating biological evaluation (in vivo & in vitro).
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure timely delivery of pipeline milestones.
Qualifications
- PhD with a minimum of 12 years’ experience in drug discovery research within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience managing drug discovery projects in multiple therapeutic areas, with a preference for mental health indications.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex scientific information effectively.
