About the role
Strategic recruiting role focusing on end-to-end recruitment processes, process improvement, mentoring, and candidate experience at Enveda in Hyderabad.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and craft effective strategies.
- Own end-to-end recruitment across roles and functions, from sourcing to offer.
- Lead candidate evaluation: review applications, conduct phone screens, and deliver strong shortlists.
- Manage and optimize Lever/ATS operations, ensuring data accuracy and insights-driven reporting.
- Coach and support junior team members in recruitment best practices.
- Coordinate national and international interview processes with precision and care.
- Ensure candidates experience Enveda’s warmth, respect, and inclusivity at every touchpoint.
- Maintain compliance and high-quality records across all recruitment activities.
