About the role

Support research operations by managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, reagents, and equipment in Hyderabad, India.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and label incoming materials and equipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems
  • Track, issue, and store goods as per internal SOPs and safety guidelines
  • Conduct regular audits and cycle counts
  • Liaise with procurement and scientific teams to ensure timely availability of materials

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in storekeeping or lab inventory management
  • Experience with ERP tools like SAP or Focus
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and storage compliance
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to follow SOPs
