About the role
Responsible for building, launching, and managing AI-powered products and solutions that transform business customer engagement, with emphasis on impact, customer needs, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Build AI products from 0 → 1.
- Partner with customers to understand workflows, challenges, and needs; translate into requirements and solutions.
- Demo products, gather feedback, and ensure delivering impactful features.
- Own the roadmap for core AI products; prioritize features based on technical tradeoffs and customer value.
- Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Handle edge cases, write PRDs, test features, and work through ambiguity to deliver outcomes.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in product, engineering, and/or consulting.
- Excellent communication skills cross-functionally and with customers.
- Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- High ownership mentality.
