About the role

Join N1 as our Asia Growth Lead to drive growth initiatives in the APAC region, expanding the ecosystem of developers, users, and institutional partners, and building scalable growth pipelines while conducting market research and competitive analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate strong partnerships in APAC
  • Construct efficient growth pipelines and funnels
  • Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitor strategies
  • Expand Layer N's ecosystem of developers, users, and institutional partners
  • Collaborate with executives and team members to drive growth initiatives

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in growth, business development, sales, finance, or venture capital, preferably in blockchain or fintech
  • Based in Hong Kong or Singapore
  • Strong understanding of blockchain systems and financial systems
  • Experience building and scaling growth teams
  • Experience structuring complex high-value partnerships involving multiple stakeholders in an authentic and responsible manner
  • Excellent research and analytical skills with ability to interpret data from multiple sources
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Native/fluent proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or other commonly spoken APAC languages
