About the role

Responsibilities
- Writing and reviewing production code regularly, contributing to engineering standards and helping the team make well-informed technical decisions.
- Shaping the roadmap by collaborating with product managers and designers to balance technical and customer priorities.
- Driving high team performance through healthy engineering practices—agile delivery, rapid iteration, test-driven development, and continuous improvement.
- Mentoring and coaching teammates through 1:1s, feedback, and helping engineers pursue career goals.
- Fostering engineering culture that is positive, inclusive, and collaborative.
- Partnering with People team and leadership on hiring, onboarding, and scaling the engineering organization.
- Collaborating across teams to improve developer experience, infrastructure, reliability, and scalability.
Qualifications
