About the role

Program Manager (PGM) in the Human Data team responsible for executing complex data-collection programs, interfacing with external vendors and AI trainers to enable high-quality data for model training and evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a high velocity environment, delivering impact on deployed models
  • Collaborate with external vendors, trainers and internal researchers to collect, review, and deliver high-quality data
  • Gather requirements, write instructions, define success criteria, and calibrate the AI trainers
  • Use internal tooling to assess labeled data and provide feedback to AI trainers
  • Propose tooling and process improvements to optimize quality, throughput, and trainer experience

Qualifications

  • You have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, ambiguous environments
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Interest or background in AI/LLMs/Agents is a plus (not required)
  • Curiosity about AI and data-driven workflows
  • Willingness to tackle operational tasks and 'grunt work' with enthusiasm
