About the role
We are seeking Product Experience Specialists to deliver world-class support, shape the product, and own how we build, document, and improve support at scale. Remote contractor role focused on APAC business hours, with potential to grow scope and impact in Lovable’s fast-growing, AI-native support environment.
Responsibilities
- Own user problems end to end: solve a wide range of issues with speed and clarity, escalate to engineering when needed.
- Improve our support stack: keep internal knowledge base up to date, design smarter workflows, and optimize team operations.
- Be the voice of the customer: continuously feed product feedback into the team to improve the product.
- Grow your scope: role expands internally and externally as trust and ownership build.
Qualifications
- 3 years experience in B2C SaaS support using tools like Intercom.
