About the role

Senior role providing strategic leadership and client management in an integrated communication agency, with a focus on B2B and corporate communications for diverse clients including tech, finance, and FMCG.

Responsibilities

  • Provide senior counsel for account teams and support operational aspects of the business.
  • Drive business development and identify new opportunities.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients including strategy, budgeting, and delivery.
  • Lead and mentor teams, develop relationships across the global network.
  • Develop and execute integrated, data-led communication programs.
  • Manage client relationships at regional or global levels.
  • Assist in achieving team vision and business goals.
  • Review and ensure delivery of client KPIs in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • At least six years’ agency experience.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in an Australian agency environment.
  • Strong local market and cultural knowledge.
  • B2B and corporate communications expertise.
  • Experience managing campaigns related to employee engagement, executives, and issues management.
  • Ability to develop strategic, integrated communication programs.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills.
