About the role

FDSEs design end-to-end solutions for Palantir's government customers, working on-site with clients to solve complex, data-driven problems and delivering rapid iterative improvements across the full stack.

Responsibilities

  • - Understand customers’ pain points and design end-to-end solutions
  • - Solicit feedback from customers and colleagues to iteratively improve products
  • - Lead the development of solutions from high-level system design and prototyping to application development and data integration
  • - Leverage Palantir products, open source technologies, and internal tools to drive real impact
  • - Work with customers globally, accommodating regulatory, data, and user considerations to achieve technical outcomes

Qualifications

  • - Active US Security clearance, or eligibility and willingness to obtain one
  • - Strong engineering background (Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics
  • - Experience with logistics, materiel, sustainment, aviation, or readiness analysis is a plus
  • - Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and related tools
  • - Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar
  • - Ability to collaborate effectively in technical and non-technical teams and adapt in dynamic environments
  • - Ability to learn independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
  • - Willingness to travel as needed
