About the role

Software Engineer role in Palantir's Infrastructure teams, focusing on large-scale data-driven infrastructure across Foundry, Gotham, Apollo, Rubix and Mission Manager. Early-career role with opportunities to contribute high-quality code to shared infrastructure and internal platforms, in a hybrid London-based position.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute high-quality code to the shared infrastructure underpinning Palantir Foundry, Palantir Gotham and Palantir Apollo.
  • Work on Rubix and Mission Manager, the internal-infrastructure business line used by civil and defence agencies.
  • Contribute to the substrate on which Palantir deploys Foundry and Gotham to power workflows for researchers, engineers and analysts.
  • Engage in infrastructure work spanning Foundations, Production Infrastructure and Foundry teams.
  • Collaborate within small teams focused on Backend Infrastructure, Developer Infrastructure, Frontend Infrastructure, or Storage Infrastructure.
  • Work on Environment Platform (Kubernetes-based PaaS), Apollo deployment and change-management, and Signals observability tools.

Qualifications

  • Engineering background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or Physics.
  • Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, frontend frameworks, and other technical tools.
  • Experience coding in Java, C++, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar languages.
