About the role

Palantir internship role focused on contributing to the Gotham defense product. Interns will work on mission-critical defense capabilities, collaborate across teams, and rotate through the product lifecycle from idea to shipping.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting work specifically focusing on delivering Palantir Defense capabilities to mission partners
  • Involved throughout the product lifecycle—from idea generation, design, and prototyping to execution and shipping
  • Pairing with a dedicated mentor and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand customer problems and build solutions
  • Contributing high-quality code to Palantir's Gotham product

Qualifications

  • Engineering background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or Physics
  • Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and related tools
  • Active US Security clearance, or eligibility and willingness to obtain a US Security clearance prior to start of internship
  • Experience coding in Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
  • Planning to graduate in 2028 (this will be final internship before graduating)
