About the role

Software Engineer role in Palantir’s Foundations organization focusing on building shared infrastructure underpinning Palantir Foundry, Gotham, and Apollo platforms across backend, developer, frontend, and storage infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Building features to improve the developer experience or improve scalability and reliability of Palantir’s platforms
  • Involvement across the product lifecycle from idea generation and design to execution and rollout
  • Collaborating with technical and non-technical counterparts to understand problems and build infrastructure to tackle them
  • Paired with a mentor dedicated to growth and success

Qualifications

  • Engineering background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or Physics
  • Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, frontend frameworks, and other technical tools
  • Experience coding in Java, C++, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar languages
