About the role

Software Engineer role in Palantir’s Production Infrastructure, focusing on environment platform, Apollo, and observability tools to support mission-critical workloads across public and private sectors. Hybrid, Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities

  • Own every phase of the product lifecycle—from generating ideas and designing prototypes to executing features and shipping releases.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and reliability engineers to solve customer problems.
  • Contribute code to Rubix and Apollo, participate in shaping Mission Manager, and build core infrastructure capabilities.
  • Work within the Production Infrastructure team on Environment Platform (Kubernetes-based PaaS), Apollo deployment/change-management, and Signals observability tools.

Qualifications

  • Engineering background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or Physics.
  • Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools.
  • Experience coding in Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
