About the role
Deployment Strategist role focused on leveraging data to drive real-world action, working with Engineers, Product Designers, and other Deployment Strategists to deploy software and solve complex problems for diverse customers, with possible internal deployments and global outreach. Responsibilities
- Go onsite and meet with customer analysts to understand critical questions and pain points.
- Identify relevant datasets through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows; work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into a stable and extensible pipeline.
- Work with the customer to build bespoke workflows for new user groups.
- Lead training sessions to ensure the product meets user needs and is used widely to impact operations.
- Present results and proposals to audiences from analysts to C-suite executives.
- Embed with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate field insights into product offerings.
- Build and deliver demos to new and existing customers.
- Scope out engagements in new industries and expanding locations around the world.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Clearance with eligibility and willingness to obtain SCI.
