About the role
Deployment Strategist role focused on leveraging data in operational and real-world action, partnering with customers to synthesize data, workflows, and product needs to enable better decisions. Location in Tokyo, Japan, supporting US Government work.
Responsibilities
- Go onsite and meet with customer analysts to understand critical questions and pain points
- Identify relevant datasets through engagement with customer problems and workflows; work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into a stable and extensible pipeline
- Work with the customer to build bespoke workflows for new user groups
- Lead training sessions to ensure product meets user needs and is widely adopted
- Present results and proposals to audiences from analysts to C-suite executives
- Embed with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate field insights into cross-Palantir offerings
- Build and deliver demos to new and existing customers
- Scope out potential engagements in new industries and expanding locations around the world
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Clearance with eligibility and willingness to obtain SCI
Skills
