About the role

Senior Product Engineer focused on CX to own Sphere’s customer experience, collaborate with design and eng, and drive end-to-end feature development and roadmap in a high-trust payments/compliance product.

Responsibilities

  • Within weeks: - Work with customers to identify pain points and prioritize low-hanging fruit features - Collaborate with design to bring features to life - Execute and ship features end-to-end daily - Provide customer support to understand customers' perspectives
  • Within months: - Own Sphere's CX and make it unique - Own feature/product roadmap with CEO/Founder - Build processes for rigorous customer feedback/analysis to prioritize roadmap

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with React
  • Strong experience with Figma
  • Customer obsession with finance domain
  • Very strong attention to detail (precise with numbers)
  • Strong organization skills to manage numerous feature requests
