About the role

Supports finance compliance activities across multiple brands and jurisdictions, ensuring statutory lodgements, adherence to financial regulations, and policy harmonization.

Responsibilities

  • Support timely and accurate preparation and lodgement of BAS, GST/VAT, PAYG I & PAYG W, Royalties
  • Manage FBT Returns, tax and financial documentation (IFRS, AASB, GAAP) for Australia, New Zealand, and the US
  • Handle Employee Share Scheme reporting to ATO
  • Manage Payroll Tax obligations across all Australian states
  • Ensure compliance with WorkCover and Payment Times Reporting Scheme
  • Maintain a compliance calendar for global regulatory and statutory deadlines
  • Manage monitoring tools for reconciliations, approvals, audit trails, and exception reporting (Floqast)
  • Ensure arms-length pricing and transfer pricing documentation compliance for interbrand transactions
  • Serve as key contact for external audits and internal workflow management
  • Develop and maintain standardization of finance and tax compliance policies across brands
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and facilitate cross-brand knowledge sharing
  • Stay updated on global regulatory changes impacting the business.

Qualifications

  • CPA/CA or Equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5+ years in a finance, tax, or compliance role
  • Strong understanding of IFRS/AASB/GAAP
